Create Your Own Culinary Experience At The Birches Cabin

Create Your Own Culinary Experience At The Birches Cabin

On a cold weekend in January, while spending an enjoyable weekend at The Birches Cabin in Marlow, New Hampshire, we decided to create our own culinary experience. Supporting small local business is such a great way to give back to the community. At Road and Table Travel Agency, we specialize in culinary travel and Marlow, New Hampshire didn’t disappoint.

First, we created a list of local farms and small specialty food shops, then we set out on our Birches Cabin Food Tour. Each farm or specialty food shop we visited provided us with items we could use to create a delicious dinner, right at cabin. What a fantastic way to get to know the area, soak in the scenery and meet some of the locals!

The Birches Cabin

While, weaving through the beautiful country roads of New Hampshire and Vermont, passing covered bridges, and rambling streams, we were able to get a great feel of the area. The tour consisted of five different stops, all providing us with delicious food options for our culinary experience.

How to create your own culinary experience

Below are all of the places that we stopped and what we picked up at each location. I’ve included the addresses of each as well, so if you are staying at The Birches Cabin, you too can enjoy creating your own culinary experience.
