All booked trips include a complimentary destination guide with insider tips, restaurant recommendations, and things to see and do, plus 24/7 support while you travel.

After submitting your inquiry, I’ll review your trip details and email you with an estimated timeline for your initial proposal. The more details you provide, the better I can tailor your recommendations.

Good to Know

For most trips, there is no additional booking fee. Road & Table works with hundreds of trusted travel suppliers and is compensated by those partners when you book.

Custom Planning Policy

Your initial proposal is complimentary and based on the preferences and budget provided in your inquiry.

Ready to personalize it? Further customization, revisions, or additional options require a planning retainer equal to 5% of the average package price presented in your initial proposal.

The retainer is applied to your final Road & Table booking and is non-refundable should you decide not to book.

Any additional fees will always be disclosed before work begins.

Private Home & Vacation Rentals

Road & Table does not directly book private home or vacation rentals.

I can, however, design your trip and provide carefully researched rental recommendations with direct booking links for you to reserve independently.

Trips centered around a private home rental require a $250 non-refundable planning fee, paid before research and preparation of your proposal begins.

Travel inquiries and requests are processed Monday–Friday | 9 AM–3 PM.

Requests received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
