Balsamic Caesar Dressing

Balsamic Caesar Dressing

I try to stay away from anything processed. We try to eat organic and as healthy as we can but darn, it’s hard!!!!! It can be really over whelming trying to change all of your eating habits. I have a lot of people ask me how I have time to make so much from scratch. It’s like anything else you are trying to change, it’s not going to happen overnight. Start small, that’s my advice.

Salad dressing isn’t cheap and it’s super easy to make at home. I try to have a salad with dinner at least a few times a week and my favorite is caesar salad. This is my go to caesar dressing. It’s not your traditional caesar dressing but it sure is good!!! The best part is it’s quick! I think that may be why I enjoy caesar salad so much it’s a great addition to my meals and it takes 10mins!

Balsamic Caesar Dressing

  • 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 TSP Anchovy Paste (Don’t be afraid!!!)
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/2 TSP Brown Sugar
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Salt/Pepper

Place all ingredients into a canning jar or dressing jar. Cover with lid and shake well. Serve.

It’s really that easy! I am always in search of great quick salad dressings. I would love to hear what your go to dressings are!
