Dissolve graham crackers in heavy cream.
Whisk eggs until they are light and fluffy.
Strain the heavy cream from the graham crackers. If the graham crackers dissolve well you don't have to strain it.
Whisk in sweetened condensed milk into the heavy cream mixture.
Whisk the heavy cream mixture in with the eggs.
Add to an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the ice cream is stiff, add your desired amounts of coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.
